Full Journal pdf2003-05-21 House Journal Page 2097 HCR 21 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2096) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21(FIN) Relating to establishing the Alaska Energy Policy Task Force. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 21(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHCR 21(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 21(FIN)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHCR 21(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
