Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 2096) on the following at

      Relating to establishing the Alaska Energy Policy Task Force.

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHCR 21(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHCR 21(FIN),                                        
and recommended that the members vote yes.
